Immersify launches PADE, a patient activation & conversion platform that helps DSOs & dental practices treat patients who are diagnosed but never book.
NEW YORK CITY, NY, UNITED STATES, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Immersify Education today launched PADE, Patient Activation and Digital Education, a tool built to address one of dentistry’s most persistent and least discussed revenue problems: treatment that is diagnosed, explained, and then never scheduled.
That gap is larger than most dental practices realize, and because a practice’s capacity is capped by its chair count, an unconverted diagnosis isn’t deferred revenue. It’s permanently lost.
PADE works outside the practice management system. A patient is given a QR code or link at reception, presented as a complimentary service from the practice. After their appointment, at reception or at home, they view clinically accurate visual education about the specific treatment they were recommended. When they are ready, they tap once to tell the practice, including a preferred date and any questions for the clinical team. The front desk receives a structured email alert and calls them back.
“For a decade, we’ve educated everyone around the patient, clinicians, product companies, universities, the whole clinical world, because a better-trained professional means a better-treated patient. PADE is us reaching the patient themselves,” said Chloë Barrett, founder and CEO of Immersify Education. “And it matters, because the chair is the worst place to make a decision. The patient is anxious, the clinician is running to time, and the information doesn’t survive the drive home. PADE moves the explaining to a moment when the patient can actually absorb it, and then gives them a way to act on it.”
PADE requires no integration, no server installation, and no database access. Practices deploy it with a QR code at the checkout counter, or via a link sent to the patient in a follow-up text or email, and are live in minutes.
Because the platform does not connect to or read from any practice management system and holds no pre-existing patient records, it operates outside the scope of HIPAA obligations. No Business Associate Agreement is required. All information in PADE is entered by the patient who initiates the interaction.
PADE opens today with a 30-day free pilot for dental groups and DSOs in the US and UK.
“A diagnosed treatment that never books isn’t deferred revenue; it’s lost revenue, and most practices lose a third of it every month,” said Barrett. “PADE exists to win that back. We’re putting it in real practices free for thirty days, because the only number that matters is the one it moves on a practice’s own patients.”
Immersify will host a webinar about PADE on Wednesday, 21 October at 12:30 ET / 17:30 BST. Register here!
PADE is available now in the US and UK, with localization already in place. Pricing is per practice, per month; there is no setup fee and no per-chair charge. DSO and group deployments include a 30-day free trial.
